Every now and then, I’ll be walking around and see a dog that believes he’s outside. He sniffs the air, and people watches, defends his territory with a snarl or a bark. With the head and feet outside, he believes he’s really out there. But the truth is, he’s three feet off the ground, trapped inside by the bars on the windows of his owner’s first-floor apartment.
This one has all that, and plus, he looks like a mop. Good dog.
